Installation and Administration

This is a 1 day course aimed at providing you with the technical, hands-on experience required to install and administer your Application Jukebox Infrastructure.

Packaging

This course is designed to provide information on how to package applications for use within Application Jukebox using the Application Jukebox Studio. 

At the end of the course it is intended that users will gain the following competencies:

• Knowledge of the functions available within Application Jukebox Studio.
• Preparation for creating a package.
• Creating a package.
• Testing the package.
• Optimizing the package.

This is a 2 day course for beginners and advanced users to ensure you are able to effectively package, troubleshoot and optimize your applications for Application Jukebox.

SaaS Portal

This is a 1 day course aimed at providing you with the detailed knowledge of how to easily create and administer your own integrated web portals using the Application Jukebox SaaS Portal.

Support

This is a 1 day course designed to prepare your organization with the information necessary to provide 1st and 2nd Line support to the end users.
