Endeavors Technologies and Microsoft Execute License Agreement

IRVINE, Calif., March 19, 2007 - Endeavors Technologies on behalf of Tadpole Technology plc and its subsidiaries today announced that it had executed an agreement to license their patents to Microsoft and its affiliates.
The agreement allows Microsoft access to and the right to use among other things the patents granted and pending, developed by Endeavors, StreamTheory and other affiliates.
As part of the agreement both parties have withdrawn their respective legal actions. Endeavors will remain a Gold Level Partner of Microsoft.
Endeavors CEO Peter Bondar said “We are delighted to have licensed our patents to Microsoft"
David Greschler, Director, System Center Marketing of Microsoft added “We are pleased to be able to conclude this agreement and obtain a license to these patents".
Bondar added, “Endeavors envisage significant market opportunities for the use of these technologies, by licensing our patents to Microsoft, this can only help stimulate the interest and growth of this market”
