Paul Hacker
Chief Executive Officer
Paul is a Technology VC with a prior track record as an exited Technology Entrepreneur. He is a successful and experienced CEO with a background in enterprise solutions, Saas, and e-commerce, and has a long track record of leading growth businesses to focus on market opportunities, and to scale up whilst delivering profits prior to exit.
As Entrepreneur he has been involved operationally in the development of several venture backed businesses through growth to exit including Enterprise Systems Group (backed by Advent international and now part of Harris Corp), and of LogicLine Group (backed by 3i plc and now part of PA Consulting). He was a Founder and CEO of start up communications solutions provider Source 1 which quickly became dominant in its markets culminating in its trade sale to Lynx plc within 3 years of inception. Subsequently Paul has invested, advised and helped refocus in excess of twenty growth stage businesses.
He is international and cross cultural in outlook having lived, studied and worked across Europe, Switzerland and USA. Paul's studies majored on Law and Finance, and he has worked for major international corporations (Tube Investments plc, Brunswick Inc, Misys plc and ICL/Fujitsu) in senior management roles.
Paul is equity partner at Endeavour Ventures Ltd (no relationship to Endeavors Technologies), the lead investor in Endeavors Technologies, and is CEO of Endeavors Technologies based in California. Paul is an active Business Angel and sits on other Investee boards as Non Executive Director.
Pete Brosnan
ChIEf Operating Officer
Pete Brosnan is COO of Endeavors Technologies, responsible for product management, implementations and customer support. Pete brings over 30 years of IT experience to the role, mainly with blue-chip companies like British Telecom, Logica, Fujitsu and Lynx Financial Systems. Recent experience has been with software product SME's like e-tempest, Smart Approach and Program Management Group. Pete has a technology background in software product development and quality management and has taken many software products from design to market.
Dr. Arthur S. Hitomi
Chief Technology Officer
Arthur Hitomi is CTO at Endeavors Technologies, responsible for managing the overall software development process including planning and execution of development objectives. He is a co-founder of Endeavors and a recognized figure in the technology community with expertise in the areas of application and data streaming, peer-to-peer systems, distributed workflow systems and software development methodologies; and has contributed to the development of Internet protocol standards.
Art previously held academic and industry positions as a software researcher and developer and was the principal developer for a distributed learning system implemented for Sun Microsystems. He is a graduate of University of California, Irvine, with a BS with honors, an MS, and a Ph.D. in Information & Computer Science.
Ed Corrente
Chief Financial Officer
Ed Corrente became CFO in February 2010 and is responsible for Endeavors' financial reporting and operations, tax, treasury, administrative, risk management and HR functions.
Mr. Corrente brings over 20 years of financial experience as CFO of several public and private software and other companies and as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young. He has been involved in mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions aggregating over $2 billion and sits on the Boards of several private companies. Mr. Corrente earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Hiroshi Nakagawa
Country Manager, Japan
Hiroshi Nakagawa is Country Manager for Endeavors Technologies in Japan. He is a twenty five year veteran in the IT industry. Prior to joining Endeavors, he was responsible for establishing Veritas Software in Japan, where he served as Vice President and Country Manager.
Mr. Nakagawa was distinguished in his role as a Team Leader for the marketing group of Nippon Steel, where he implemented innovative technologies and business practices utilizing the Internet, including a significant alliance as a Sun Microsystems OEM. He has also held senior management positions at Alliant Computer and Nissho Electronics Corporation of Japan.
